Hello! I was tagged by Living With Gloss to do the Beauty Blogger Tag! So, here goes!

4. Answer the questions.

1. Name the beauty routine you barely do!

I rarely paint my nails, or I at least really dislike doing them. I find that I never have time to sit still and wait for them to dry, so the always end up getting messed up once I do them!

2. Is washing your make up brushes something you regularly do?

Unfortunately, no! That is probably something I need to do more ofter. I think the last time was about a week ago...? I'm not sure!

3. How long will you last with chipped nail varnish?

I don't. If a nail starts chipping, I take off all of my nail polish on all of the nails. Another reason I rarely do my nails!

4. How long do you put off buying/replacing a beauty or nail polish product even if you need it (ie. top coat, foundation, etc.)?

I try to never put it off, because I know that if i were to run out of something that I use everyday, like concealor!, I don't know what I would do! But I sometimes don't have time to go out and replace a product, so the most I have put it off is about two to three days.

5. What is your worst beauty habit? 

I wash may hair almost every night on a weekday. I know that it is not the best for your hair and I hope that I can break that habit! I just get so paranoid about dirty looking hair.

6. Name something non-beauty related you put off doing all the time?

Homework!

7. When going out somewhere do you leave getting ready to the last minute or not?

No, I usually give myself a half an hour to an hour depending on the occasion.

8. Can you commit to spending bans?

I have never actually done one, though I am careful about how much I spend. Or I try to be!

9. How organised is your make-up and nail polish collection?

Pretty organized, well at least the stuff I use all the time. The extra things could use some work!

10. What is the longest time you have gone without writing a blog post?

A day? I haven't had this blog for very long...

Too Cute To Pass Up

Guess who went shopping? OK, technically I didn't (my mom bought this...), but because it was Labor Day, there were some major sales! And this little item was to cute to pass up. I have been needing a new Vera Bradley wallet for a while now, because I use my old on ALL THE TIME and it got worn out. So, I thought, why not go get one this weekend while it is on sale!
Here is the one I ended up buying.

At first I wasn't sure about this one. I really liked the pattern but the style was different then anything I'd seen. The wallet opens up and gives you a slot on the front for the cards and there is also a change pocket, but know real place to keep bills (I ended up slipping them behind my ID, out of sight. That's OK, right?). Anyways, I ended up loving the pattern so much that I bought it anyways! And it was on sale, even better.

Open wallet- You can see the coin pouch with the zipper, kinda.

This is how the card slot worked. The cards actually stay in there and it gives you better access to them.

In the end, I am very happy with this purchase. Vera Bradley's items have adorable patterns and are high quality. Let me know what you think! Do you like the pattern? What about the style?

Picking Out a New Puppy

This Labor Day weekend, I took a road trip with my mother and my sister up to WI. We were visiting relatives, but the main purpose of the trip was something entirely different. 

It all started a little over a year ago when we got our first dog, Teddy. He is a chocolate cockapoo (cocker spaniel and poodle mix), and he is so lovable and playful. We got him from a breeder in WI, and my whole family has grown very attached. He is a handful and it was quite an undertaking to train him, but every minute was worth it.

Because of this love that we felt for our new member of the family and Teddy's need to constantly play, we thought we would look into getting Teddy a little sister. 

And so, we are undertaking the journey of a new puppy again, and this weekend was the first step. When my sister, my mother and I drove up to WI, we were picking out a female dog (still a cockapoo) from the same breeder as before. There were four adorable, little puppies to pick from, three chocolate colored and one lighter colored. We ended up picking the lightest colored one because we were all drawn to its adorable dark nose and calm personality, something that we think will balance out Teddy's personality well.

First Blog Post

Hello! My name is Hannah and welcome to my blog! I am 15 years old and I am starting this blog so I can connect with the world, keep track of my thoughts, and inspire others. I am so excited and I can't wait to get started!
